Application diagnostics
The company workspace stores application registrations, submitted evidence, diagnostic findings, review notes and company-level activity on the server. Retention defaults to 30 days for reports and activity; registrations remain until removed by the operator. Collectors send only configured evidence. Pattern-based redaction is not guaranteed to remove every secret, so review and minimise evidence before sending it. Diagnostics do not send telemetry to an AI provider. Access uses separate company workspace and collector tokens. Contact the operator for access revocation, exports or deletion.
Browser storage
Saved plans and checklist progress are stored in this browser using local storage. They are not synced across devices. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to open them. Delete a project from My workspace to remove the saved copy, or clear this website’s browser data.
Documents
Uploaded text documents stay in page memory until you refresh or close the page. Guided planning finds keyword-matched passages locally. When you save a plan, any passages included in the plan are saved with it.
Optional AI processing
Live AI sends your requirements to the provider configured by the website operator. Document text is included only if you check the sharing option. The provider may process or retain information under its own terms. Confirm the configured provider and its privacy terms with the operator before sending sensitive information.
Hosting and external links
The hosting service may keep ordinary request logs. This package includes no analytics or advertising scripts. External websites have their own privacy practices. The optional AI server uses a session cookie for access control.
Copies and removal
You can export projects from My workspace. Removing a browser copy does not remove downloaded backups, provider records, or hosting logs. Contact the operator through the Contact page with questions about the live deployment.
